Implementing an RN(RosettaNet) interface

• The document type name and the TPA agreement ID must be same
• The TPA info must be edited according to the requirement. The default RNIF version in the TPA info is 1.1
• By changing the property of Data in the TPA to "modifiable", we can change the TPA information even when it is in "AGREED" status
• The PipDocument is to be mapped into the Documents > payload for the processing of the document
